Vegetable Korma

Ingredients
20oz frozen vegetable mix (cauliflower, peas and carrots)
3 tbs oil
1 onion (chopped)
1" cube of fresh ginger (chopped)
2 tsp dhania
1 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
3 fl. oz. Chopped tin tomato
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs double cream
Method
- Heat oil in a saucepan.
- Fry onion until brown.
- Add ginger and garlic and fry for 1/2 minute.
- Add all spices and fry for further 1/2 minute.
- Add chopped tomato and fry for 1 minute.
- Add vegetables and reduce heat.
- Cover pan and cook until vegetable are soft.
- Add cream just before serving. Serve hot with rice or chappati.
