Tandoori Fish

Ingredients

1 lb Cod or Rainbow Trout cut into 2" strips
3 tablespoons thick set natural yoghurt
3 tablespoons Tandoori Masala
3 tablespoons Gram or Besan flour
2 teaspoon Salt

Method

  1. Wash the fish pieces.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Marinate for at least 1/2 hour but ideally overnight.
  4. Shallow fry the fish on a medium heat.

Serve with Salad (Lettuce, Cucumber, tomato, onion and lemon slices).
