cup Ghee
1 cup Semolina
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
cup chopped Almonds
1 teaspoon Green Cardamon Seeds


  1. Heat the Ghee on low heat.
  2. Fry Semolina until golden brown.
  3. Add water and cook on low heat until all water is absorbed.
  4. Add chopped almonds and Cardamon seeds.
  5. Add sugar and cook on low heat.
  6. When it leaves the sides of the pan, serve hot.
