Shahi Mushroom Masala


1 lb Mushrooms (cut into 4-6 pieces)
1 Green Pepper (cut into small pieces)
3 tablespoons Oil
1 small Onion (chopped)
1" piece Ginger
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Green Chilli
2 teaspoon Dhania Powder
teaspoon Chilli Powder
teaspoon Haldi Powder
1 teaspoon Grammasala
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Double Cream


  1. Fry onion until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, fry for minutes and chilli.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons water and add spices, except grammasala.
  4. Add mushroom and pepper and cook on low heat until they are soft.
  5. Add chopped tomato.
  6. Fry until you see the oil.
  7. Add Garam Masala – remove from heat.
  8. Mix cream in.

Serve hot
