Quick Chicken Tikka


2 to 3 lb Chicken (cut into 2 inch pieces)
4 cloves of Garlic
1" piece of Ginger
2 green Chillies
2 teaspoons Zeera Powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
3 teaspoons Salt
3 teaspoons Dhania Powder
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons Yoghurt
6 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Green Peppers
1 large Onion
1 tablespoon Oil


  1. Grind Garlic, Ginger and Chillies to a paste.
  2. Wash chicken. If you do not want bones take them out with sharp knife.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and put in non-stick frying pan.
  4. Cook on high heat about 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is dry and tender.
  5. Cut green pepper into 1 "cube.
  6. Cut Onion into 8 to 10 pieces.
  7. In frying pan put 1 tablespoon Oil and fry Pepper and Onion on high heat for 3 minutes. Pour over chicken
