Pullao Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon Dhania powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 teaspoon Haldi
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil

Method

  1. Heat oil and fry spices for 1/2 minute
  2. Add tomato juice and yoghurt
  3. Cook gently for 3 minutes
  4. Serve hot with pullao
