Potatoes and Beans

Ingredients
1lb peeled and diced potatoes
2lb sliced green beans
1 onion sliced
1 teaspoon chilli
1 teaspoon salt
Method
- Fry onion in a little oil until golden brown.
- Add chilli and salt and cook for 1 minute.
- Add vegetables and cook gently until tender.
A nice accompaniment for a meal.
