Potatoes and Beans


1lb peeled and diced potatoes
2lb sliced green beans
1 onion sliced
1 teaspoon chilli
1 teaspoon salt


  1. Fry onion in a little oil until golden brown.
  2. Add chilli and salt and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add vegetables and cook gently until tender.

A nice accompaniment for a meal.
