Peanut Chicken Roast


8 Chicken drumsticks without skin
5 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons brown vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
teaspoon Black Pepper
teaspoon Red Chilli
3 tablespoons ground Peanuts
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons Grated Onion
1 teaspoon Ginger Pulp
2 teaspoons Garlic Pulp
2 tablespoons oil


  1. Marinate the chicken in the above spices. Leave for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Roast in an oven at gas mark 7 for 30 minutes

Serve with salad and Chutney
