Hara Masala Ka Chawal


1 cup Basmati rice
cup natural yoghurt
3 tbl spoon hara masala, coriander, mint, green chilli
teaspoon salt
2 tbl spoon oil
1 cup water


  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add hara masala, cook for min.
  3. Add yoghurt, cook for 1 min.
  4. Mix rice and salt, fry for 1 min.
  5. Add water and cook the rice.

Serve with coconut
