Garam Masala


1 tablespoon Whole Black Pepper
2 teaspoon White Cumin Seeds
2 1/2" stick of Cinnamon
6 Black Cardamoms
1 tablespoon Whole Cloves
3 Bay Leaves
1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg


  1. Crush black cardamoms.
  2. Fry roast all the spices on a low heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Place spices in grinder and grind to a fine powder.
  4. Store in an airtight jar.
