1lb. Chicken cut into 2" cubes
3 tablespoons thick set natural yoghurt
3 tablespoons Tandoori Masala
2 teaspoon Salt
Oil to fry
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate for at least 1/2 hour but ideally overnight.
- Shallow fry the chicken on a medium heat.
- Serve with Salad (Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion and lemon slices).
