Ingredients
8 oz. Wholemeal Flour
5 fl. oz. Water
Method
- Make a soft dough with flour and water. Knead well.
- Leave 10 minutes.
- Divide dough into 8 to 10 portions.
- Roll out each piece into a thin, round shape about 7"-8" diameter.
- Heat a heavy frying pan. Put in one chappati. When small blisters appear, turn over and
cook.
- Finish under grill.
