2 cups Basmati Rice
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
4 cups water
Pinch of Salt
- Wash rice in a bowl. Use plenty of water and rub rice gently.
- Change water 3 or 4 times until it is clear. Drain rice.
- Place rice and water in a large saucepan with lemon and salt. Leave to stand for 10
- Bring pan to boil and reduce to simmer and cover pan.
- Stir once. Cook rice until tender and all moisture is absorbed. (approx. 20 minutes)
