Basic Curry |
6 oz. Chopped Onion
4 teaspoon Dhania Powder
1/2 teaspoon Haldi Powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
2 teaspoons Garam Masala
1" Cube Root Ginger made into paste with Garlic
6 Garlic Cloves made into paste with Ginger
1 teaspoon Paprika Powder
3 teaspoons Salt
200g Chopped Tinned Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaf
6 tablespoons Cooking Oil
1 1/2 lb. meat or vegetables
This is a basic curry sauce. You can add anything you like to this e.g. meat, chicken, potato.
Before serving, add the chopped Coriander leaf.
