Alu Chop

Ingredients
200 gms. Fresh mashed potato or boil and grate them.
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Grammasala
For filling
Chopped Mint leaves
3 tablespoons Besan
Chopped Ginger
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
Chopped Onion
1 teaspoon Grammasala
Chopped Green Chilli
1 teaspoon Salt
Little water to make thick paste.
Method
- Mix potatoes and Salt, Chilli, Grammasala.
- Divide into 6 balls.
- Press one with hand and put some chopped filling in. Make a ball, then press flat.
- Make Besan paste. Dip each of them into paste and shallow fry in the minimum oil for a
few minutes until golden brown on both sides.
